Your first request

Create a key in your workspace’s API keys page with events:read. Use the workspace ID from its URL.

Scoped access

Send your key as a Bearer token. Its scopes, event restrictions, and your current workspace roles all apply. Keep keys on your server.

Submit, then poll

Create an upload, transfer the file, and finalize the submission. Poll the returned submission and evaluation IDs until grading completes.

Review before regrading

Fetch the regrade quote before submitting. Unchanged system-error retries are free; other regrades add one submission entry. Reuse an Idempotency-Key when retrying a mutation.
