What counts toward your cost?

Retrying a system error

Retrying a failed evaluation with unchanged activity and system settings has no additional cost. Automatic processing retries also add no entries. A video that fails the activity’s requirements is not a system error.

Changing your activity

Regrading with updated settings adds a new entry at the current price, including after an error. Earlier pricing records stay unchanged.

Who manages billing?

Costs belong to the workspace. Managers choose the grader and limits; participants submit their videos without selecting a plan or paying at submission.
