Terms of Service

Last updated September 8, 2026

These terms govern use of FrameRight, including its website and API, provided by the operator identified below. Use the service only if you agree to these terms. A separate written service agreement may also apply to your organization.

Who may use FrameRight

You must be at least 18, have authority to use your account and workspace, and follow applicable laws and event rules. Keep credentials private. Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or submit unlawful content.

Your videos and content

You retain your rights to your content. You give the operator and its service providers permission to store, process, transmit, and display it as needed to provide and secure the service. You must have the rights and permissions to record and submit the people, screens, audio, and materials included. Keep your own copy of important files.

AI results and human decisions

Scores and feedback are AI-generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or biased. They are assessment aids, not guarantees or professional advice. Event organizers define criteria and remain responsible for reviewing results, handling disputes, and making final decisions. Do not rely solely on automated results for decisions affecting education, employment, or other significant opportunities.

Availability and charges

The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access or a particular assessment outcome. Features may change, and access may be suspended to address abuse, security, or legal requirements. Any charges must follow the pricing and billing terms agreed with your organization; a displayed estimate alone does not authorize a payment.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, and losses caused by reliance on unreviewed AI results. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any responsibility or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy and changes

The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Updates will carry a new date; material changes require appropriate notice and, where necessary, renewed agreement. Changes do not remove rights or obligations that already apply.

Contact

The operator's contact address has not yet been published for this preview.
