Privacy Policy

Last updated September 8, 2026

This notice covers the FrameRight website and API operated by the provider identified below. Your organization also controls its event rules and use of submissions; ask your event organizer about its own privacy practices.

Information we use

We process account identifiers, names, email addresses, memberships and rosters, submitted videos and metadata, assessment criteria, scores, feedback, usage records, and security logs. These support sign-in, access, video assessment, support, billing administration, and abuse prevention. Without required account or submission information, we cannot provide the corresponding features.

Recording and cookies

Recording and trimming happen in your browser; media is sent for assessment when you upload it. A paired phone sends microphone audio directly to your recording browser. Pairing and connection services handle temporary network information, which can include IP addresses. We use necessary sign-in cookies and operational logs, without advertising cookies or advertising analytics in this application.

Who processes your information

Cloudflare hosts the service and stores its data. Authentication providers process account information to enable sign-in. Google Gemini processes uploaded videos or submitted YouTube links, instructions, criteria, and assessment outputs. These providers may process data outside your country.

Google's handling depends on the project's billing status: unpaid services may use inputs and outputs for product improvement and human review; paid services do not use them for product improvement but can retain safety logs. Read the Gemini API terms. Confirm the operator's configuration before submitting personal or confidential information.

When you submit a YouTube URL, we store the link and video metadata and send the link to Google for assessment. The video remains on YouTube. Playing an embedded YouTube video connects your browser to Google, which handles playback data under its own privacy policy. Changes or removal on YouTube can affect later playback and assessment.

Access and disclosure

Participants can access their own submissions, and authorized event managers can review their events. Platform administrators can access operational and grading records for support and security, with access logged. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to investigate abuse. Access controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your choices

Submission history and accepted videos currently have no automatic deletion schedule. Archiving an event or leaving a workspace does not delete them. Temporary sessions, upload staging, and pairing data have expiry cleanup; provider retention follows the provider's terms. Contact the operator to request access, a copy, correction, deletion, or restriction of your information, subject to applicable law and required records. There is no self-service permanent-deletion feature.

Updates to this policy will carry a new date. Material changes require appropriate notice and any consent required by law.
